I am a realtor and one of my listings has a pool that is supposed to be taken care of by pinch a Penny in lady lake. I went to show the house this week and the water level was incredibly low. Apparently they saw the level was low and noted a leak but didn’t say anything to either the owner or myself (my sign is very prominent on the lawn). They supposedly fixed it two days later. I then spent hours re filling the pool. The “technician” came back yesterday, Friday, but was in such a rush to “get home before it starts raining” he left the pool looking green and still with no pump. He then said he wouldn’t be back until Tuesday. So that leaves a house with a green pool and no pump over the weekend.
I called the store and the woman who I spoke with was terribly rude. All of her answers were condescending like I was interrupting her day.
I now have a listing with a green pool and no pump over the weekend.

(November 13, 2018, 10:02 am)Negative reviews must have been before the recent new owner/manager Adam. I highly recommend this store to ANYONE with a pool or spa or need any type of pool supplies. Adam is outstanding and he and his staff brought my pool back to life. I was using a different pool treatment at another supply store and it was horrible. I came in to this store on an off chance and explained my green situation. They provided the perfect solutions and when I thought all was lost, we got it looking crystal clear. I’m honestly amazed. Customer service is always top notch! Give Adam and his store a shot and see what you think.
(August 15, 2018, 12:13 pm)I am ... or should I say ... was not... educated with regard to the maintenance of a pool; either in-ground or above ground (which is what I have)...16' x 32' Intex Vinyl Pool...Lots of Water ... I have been going to this Pinch-A-Penny since March, 2018. I have seen a major change since the beginning of June. I want to thank the following people at this Pinch-A-Penny Pool Patio Spa because I would not have been able to keep this pool maintained by myself without their expertise. My store experience is, they all exuded respect, patience, kindness, understanding ... I'll stop there; but trust me, there were frustrating moments for all of us, I'm sure; however, communication was and is the key. The owner Adam, along with his right hand man Jermaine and Joe; thoroughly reviewed all the steps to keeping a pool safe and well maintained... ... wrote down directions ... explained again if necessary ...everything I needed to understand until I got it and believe me, sometimes it's not easy to do. I just met Alexis, who is the newest member of the team. I am confident she will be an asset as well. Thank You So Much Everyone. Melody Wright
