“Banfield has gone out of their way to provide great care to my senior dog. Honestly, I didn't expect this level of service from a franchise-type vet establishment, but it was a welcomed surprise. I can't speak to other locations, but I will review each independently as I visit them. I love the fact that they have monthly service plans that split my dog's annual check up visits/essential needs over the course of the year, rather than forcing me to shell out hundreds in a single visit. The Banfield app is also a nice touch, as I can view all of my dog's blood work results, vaccination records, and service visits any time of day. Can't wait to use these benefits.
