“Edit: The owner resolved the issue to our customers satisfaction. I am a realtor and one of my listings has a pool that is supposed to be taken care of by pinch a Penny in lady lake. I went to show the house this week and the water level was incredibly low. Apparently they saw the level was low and noted a leak but didn’t say anything to either the owner or myself (my sign is very prominent on the lawn). They supposedly fixed it two days later. I then spent hours re filling the pool. The “technician” came back yesterday, Friday, but was in such a rush to “get home before it starts raining” he left the pool looking green and still with no pump. He then said he wouldn’t be back until Tuesday. So that leaves a house with a green pool and no pump over the weekend. I called the store and the woman who I spoke with was terribly rude. All of her answers were condescending like I was interrupting her day. I now have a listing with a green pool and no pump over the weekend.”

“We all 3 loved everything we.ate.there! Really nice salad bar and soup bar with great desserts and ice cream! I especially liked the macaroni salad there and the pizza and cheesy bread! The chocolate chip brownies topped with fudge sauce and ice cream were wonderful as well. Very reasonably priced for a healthy all you can eat buffet!!!”

“Banfield has gone out of their way to provide great care to my senior dog. Honestly, I didn't expect this level of service from a franchise-type vet establishment, but it was a welcomed surprise. I can't speak to other locations, but I will review each independently as I visit them. I love the fact that they have monthly service plans that split my dog's annual check up visits/essential needs over the course of the year, rather than forcing me to shell out hundreds in a single visit. The Banfield app is also a nice touch, as I can view all of my dog's blood work results, vaccination records, and service visits any time of day. Can't wait to use these benefits. “I really like the experience I have had at this salon. The techs are happy and pleasant. My stylist, Christina has great skills, knowable about style and I absolutely love my hi-lights! Friday she tried a new technique to apply a full head of hi-lights and it was a great success! I also like the fact I’m not forced to get a blow out after my color and wash or cut. Another salon would not let me leave with my curly style and did harsh blowouts that split my ends. Thank you for not having such a crazy rule. Looking forward to the October color event. :)”

“I have nothing but high praise with The Unova Orthopedic Clinic. I am a patient of Dr. Tankson and Dr Claudia Thomas. On one occasion Dr. Thomas and the MRI Technician stayed at the office after hours to complete an MRI . Dr. Thomas personally called me at home that evening to give me the results of the MRI. Both Dr. Tankson and Dr. Thomas have always came with me to the checkout desk to be sure that the necessary followup introductions are taken care of. That is a good gesture that other facilities should practice. The Nurse Cherrie, receptionist, and checkout staff are very personable and efficient. I highly recommend UNOVA. Verna Kolman”

They have many different options of bagels as well as several different types of cream cheese. They also have a selection of muffins and cookies. Great staff, great service!!
