(December 18, 2022, 8:04 pm)Went in to upgrade my phone. Overall the employees were fine other than charging me for a case, screen protector and protection plan WITHOUT ASKING! She rang up a $50 case, didn’t say a word so I assumed it was some kind of deal when you bought the phone but as soon as we got to the car and checked our receipt there were two charges we were not made aware of. 1 being the case and 2 being the protection plan. I didn’t want to make a scene so we will manage the extra charges but be aware next time you go upgrade!
(May 26, 2022, 3:41 pm)My SIM card was malfunctioning, so we went into the store and Monica and the other staff helped me out, they were very friendly and fast! The entire experience was very pleasant. I'll stick with Cricket for the good customer service!
