  I have shopped alot of hardware stores and big box retailers.. none come close to the experience I have had in the South Leesburg Ace.. the first time I walked in I was greeted.. and I mean a very personal greeting.. took me by surprise a bit.. I wasn't used to people being so nice before I made a purchase..
  And I will say that was not just on the first visit.. it's each time..
  They are always walking the floor asking if you need help.. which I find very reassuring.. but sometimes I just like to look.. well I can tell you this.. if you want to be left alone.. go to a big box retailer.. if you want professional support and a friendly relationship.. go to the South Leesburg Ace.. it my place to go.. period..

  They are awesome. I find what I need and help is always close by. I also bought a Big Green Egg from them and got free delivery and set up, Chris was outstanding in helping us. I'm so glad to have an Ace in our neighborhood.

  I ask the older gentleman for help. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was so grateful that he solved my problem. I will definitely be back. And an added bonus, the customer behind me gave me a coupon to use. My lucky day. Grateful, Thankful and Blessed!!!

  Wonderful. Outstanding customer service. They made two custom screens for our doors. Great workmanship and it was done in a timely manner. Very happy!!
