(April 9, 2019, 10:44 am)After a long process with another dealer we took our Ford Edge Sport to Plaza Lincoln. It took them several days but they were diligent to chase down every issue we were having and fixed them all. As a result we purchased an extended warranty through them and they have earned our service a possibly future retail business.

We had an issue where an wheel should have been covered and she immediately transferred us over to the head of finance and they just reimbursed us for work we paid for that was covered under a warranty . Anyone can make a mistake, but I am impressed when the mistake is fixed quickly. Kudos to the heard of the dealership.
(March 16, 2019, 8:34 am)Their concierge service text me of who is coming to pick up my car with a photo and dropped off the loaner car. Came on time for both pickup and delivery of my car. Car was cleaned and washed. This was effortless and pleasant experience.
(March 6, 2019, 10:41 am)I was very pleased that when I called regarding the fact that I was having difficulty getting my car started Rob told me I could go ahead and bring it in and have it checked. I had to get a new battery which was covered under warranty. For those two items I can should give it a five post. After I left the check engine light came on so I had to return to the dealership because somebody did not finish their job by resetting something. For this I really should give it a three which equates out to the four post. Overall I've been very pleased with the service I received at Plaza Lincoln.
