They have been helping my parents for a few months now and when we had a family emergency they stepped right in to cover extra hours to keep my dad safe and in his home while my mom had surgery. Two specific caregivers that have gone above and beyond are Welcome and Tiajuana. Both these girls were kind and caring. Also, Deborah, who is their regular caregiver, is great with my dad. Crissie Trussel, who it seems is always available, is amazing. We had to switch and change things around adding hours and changing locations and each request was handled graciously and professionally. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers.”

I bought a car from him that had a minor issue that we both thought would clear itself on it's own, water in a headlight. “Changed storage company due to major theft at another facility. PMS is more secure since they aren't open 24/7. Access only available when staff present and signing in is required. They have dollies and wheeled carts for moving heavier items and even allowed a shelf installation for maximum use of space. Their customer service is excellent and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Surprised us to receive a refund as we closed out our unit mid-month. Will be happy to use them again should the need arise. Would definitely recommend them.”
