All German Motor Works was a absolute pleasure to do business with. Chris, Scott and Melissa were wonderful. Chris the owner called me to discuss the estimate, took the time to explain and go over all details. Scott the technician, what can I say he is a real magician with Mercedes and he takes great pride in his work. Melissa did a wonderful job of keeping me up to date on the time line of my repair. I’ve been using Gary and All German Motorworks to service my 530i since moving to the villages. To say I’m happy with their professionalism, outstanding work, and fairness of price would be an understatement. I went in this morning with a dead car battery. Ocala BMW would not honor the warrantee on my BMW battery that was purchased two years and six day ago at Cherry Hill, NJ BMW. Personally I found this upsetting and am tired of guessing what our local BMW Service center will do next. I elected to have Gary’s technicians replace the battery and reprogram my car. I was in and out of the shop in an hour paying less than what BMW would have charged. My battery now has a warrantee that every Interstate battery dealer will honor.

Gary is a great and fair man. The technicians are well trained and true professionals. I have a 2003 SL500 and they keep it running like new.
