General Source

General Source serviced our forklift & scissor lift. The technicians were extremely friendly. It's not often that you have mechanics/technicians that are pleasurable to be around, but they are for sure an exception to that! They also have integrity which is more important than anything else in this line of work. I could have easily been overcharged on the jobs that they did, as I have 0 knowledge on how to service this equipment, but even the simple fixes (to seemingly big problems) they were honest about. I couldn't be more happy with the service that we received, as well as the pricing for the jobs. If there was an option for more than a 5* rating, they would get it!

These guys are awesome! I spent what seemed like forever (since November 21) trying to get the company who we purchased our forklift from to come out and fix it. After several attempts, I gave up on them G Source came highly recommended from another company. I called, and in less than a weeks time we were fully operational. This company is very efficient. They explained their process, what to expect in their services and their quick and easy method of payment. Friendly and easy to communicate with. The work must go on! This company gets that. Thank you!

We have used General Source for our equipment repairs and maintenance for many years. Everyone that works there are friendly, knowledgeable, and define excellent customer service.

One example:

At 4:PM Thursday of last week, our old forklift broke down due to a hydraulic hose busting. It made a big mess. I called General Source and Scott rushed out here the next day, identified the issue, ran out to get new hoses, installed, and then helped us clean up the mess... all in same day.
