“I come here probably once a week and I am yet to ever be disappointed. The service is incredible as the staff is always very inviting, helpful and strike up great conversations. In terms of drinks I always get the iced sodas/hero energy drinks and they’re always super delicious (especially if you add cold foam). I also really enjoy their coffees, especially the iced cosmo as it’s become one of my go to orders. Overall everything here is a 5/5 and I would highly recommend!”

“General Source serviced our forklift & scissor lift. The technicians were extremely friendly. It's not often that you have mechanics/technicians that are pleasurable to be around, but they are for sure an exception to that! They also have integrity which is more important than anything else in this line of work. I could have easily been overcharged on the jobs that they did, as I have 0 knowledge on how to service this equipment, but even the simple fixes (to seemingly big problems) they were honest about. I couldn't be more happy with the service that we received, as well as the pricing for the jobs. If there was an option for more than a 5* rating, they would get it!”

“My husband suggested this shop after hearing me complain about my service at a different nail salon. I jumped on Google maps to check the reviews and quickly decided to give them a try. I walked in early morning,midweek to see about possibly getting a natural nail mani~pedicure. It was a slower day so they took me right in. I received the lavender pedicure along with a classic manicure. My nail technician was very careful and precise giving me the best service in a nail salon I have received in a very longtime! All the staff was welcoming and friendly. I would recommend making an appointment as they do stay busy most of the time. I didn’t hesitate to do that because I AM definitely going back.”

“We have been a customer of FIS for years. The quality of customer service, available parts, and quality of equipment is superior than anywhere else. Recently, we visited to pick up some irrigation parts needed by one of our family members. Our family member had recently suffered from a medical condition rendering them unable to speak fluently and pick out the parts they needed. Chance went above and beyond to make sure we got the correct parts we needed to complete our task. Including, carefully walking our family member back to a safe area and letting them pick out the parts they needed without the hassle of trying to communicate. THAT is true customer service and we cannot thank him enough. Our family member was beyond thrilled to finally be able to pick up the right parts after failing at so many other stores. “I called That Tile Guy knowing that I wanted a tile backsplash installed in my kitchen, but really knowing very little else. Clifford was very polite and didn't mind explaining the process at all. He gave me a quote over the phone and continued to communicate with me until the work was scheduled. He gave me plenty of time to choose the tiles and pick out the coordinating grout color as well. When it was time to install, he offered advice as to how he could make the ends look nice and neat, since again, I had no idea of what to do. The finished outcome is great and looks professionally installed, which is exactly what I wanted and why I didn't attempt the job myself. 😅 Clifford also did a little bonus backsplash area behind my coffee area that I was undecided on as well and hardly tried to charge any extra for it, even though it took extra time and effort to complete. Other than the install turning out so well, it's also important to add that Clifford kept everything super clean throughout the day as he worked. He had to travel in and out of my home to cut the tiles, mix grout, etc. and carry in large buckets of water, adhesive, and such, but you wouldn't have known it during or after the job. He really is just the type of professional installer you want in your home! I plan to contact him in the future with an even larger tile job and I will absolutely recommend his company to friends and family as well. Thank you very much, Clifford!”

“New in town, a bit of a hobbyist as well and was a bit of an urgent need, so I called Robert on a Sunday afternoon, with no appointment and he was very polite, professional over the phone and took me in right away at his home. Superb service w/ honest, no-nonsense, no-bs way of dealing with people. My wife was getting jerked around by the bigger chains (P*p boys in S Clermont/Davenport area).
