Minneola Hills Apartments

It’s been good. The people are kind so far. The apartment is nice inside and out. I am glad there is a pool and gym. (hot tub)? I have yet to become appalled with anything. Keep up the good work Minneola Hills!

We truly love living at Minneola Hills. From the day that we came to see the apartment to our move-in date to waking up to our first day living here everything has been beautiful, professionally done, and refreshing. We look forward to many days ahead in learning more about our community.

Christy was wonderful. She stayed late to help us get everything taken care of on our first day, and was extremely friendly! She made sure we had everything we needed before she left. She also showed us to our apartment and made sure we had her email in case we had questions later. She was very nice to work with. So nice working with her after two long days of traveling!

My husband and I LOVE living here! Everything is so beautiful, and maintenance is always on the ball! Even our valet trash guy is incredibly nice. Our management team is great as well, they have planned some amazing events for the neighborhood and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed attending them.

Next, whenever we have something that needs to be done, we go see Kristy and she gets it taken care of! Kristy gave us our tour and sold us on the apartment, working alongside us and helping us find the perfect building. Every time Kristy sees us she checks in and makes sure everything is well taken care of. Her hospitality, honesty, listening skills, and genuine kindness are definitely just a few character traits that not only sold us on the apartment, but continues to keep us happy!
