“Great cheese steaks! This is a great little hideaway, located in a shopping plaza. Best cheese steaks in town. The restaurant is very clean, great place to eat in, take out or have it delivered. 1 thing they need to add to the menu is, real Kraft Cheez Whiz! We will definitely be eating here again! “Was great! The staff was amazing. The food was amazing. We were greeted quickly and seated quickly. Breakfast had just stopped my friend had their cancer treatment and was really wanting Breakfast. The cook fixed her just what she wanted.. Brenna was very efficient, friendly never forgetting we were there. Would definitely be back!!! Its a 50s style restaurant saw a few customers doing the twist as they left. Was very pleasant.”

“This place was exactly what my family was looking for! After dinner at Puddle Jumpers, we walked to get ice cream with our three kids. We have been here before, but two major improvements have transformed this spot. They have put in a deck in the back that overlooks a pirate ship play ground for our kids! An added bonus - we got to listen to the band next door at Ruby Street Grill. Keep up the improvements downtown Tavares...we will be back!”

“I can honestly say that Havana 1959 gives Copacabana a run for their money when it comes to best Cuban cuisine in Lake County. I’ve been to Havana 1959 three times and have been very pleased with their food and as well as their friendly staff. It’s tucked away in an older house on old 441 but there are plenty of places to sit and eat. Their Cuban sandwiches are definitely top notch. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat! 5/5*”
