(January 13, 2019, 5:50 pm)Awesome place. Awesome lake to fish. If u plan on fishing this lake make sure u have liscense. FWC is on the lake all the time. Their great guys n they Informed me about new regulations n trophy catch for fish over 8 pds.
(December 29, 2018, 9:17 pm)Boat ramp is sufficient even for large boats. Plenty of parking. Bathroom is a portajon, i don't recommend. That is why only 4 stars. Fishing is tough but nice size bass/catfish/specs

(November 20, 2018, 9:11 am)Nice dock, the walkway and tie off for boats was destroyed last visit after heavy rains. Lake flooded exponentially, lake stays stocked with fish, but keep in mind prime fishing times.
Each time I've gone out nothing but friendly people, only 1 ramp so it can get congested. We bring an inflatable out so we always launch wherever. Kayaks and inflatables have an advantage over the ramp.
Tons of vegetation for fishing, bottom is not visible nor is it clean. Lots of vegetation on bottom of lake, careful getting caught up.
