“I called Faden Builders on 09/26/18, and left a message requesting information on getting an estimate. A very nice young lady had Patrick (we call him Pat) call me back. After speaking with Pat we set a time for him to go into my commercial property between 10 and 11 am on Thursday 09/27/18. I found out by my location that Pat never arrived at my property. I immediately contacted the office and was transferred to Pat's cell phone. He stated that he got held up in a meeting, and was unable to make it to my location. I was genuinely surprised that I did not at least get a phone call stating that he would not be able to go out. In any event, I decided to give Pat a 2nd chance. We rescheduled for between 9 & 9:30 am today (Friday 09/28/10). It is now 12:00 noon and Pat has still not shown up, nor have I gotten the common courtesy of a phone call. I would NEVER recommend this company, if this is the way that they conduct their business. Update: After posting the above review I received a call from Todd Faden (owner). I explained why I left the review that I did, and Todd told me that if I gave him the opportunity that he would go to my location immediately, and let me know what I needed to have done. Todd was true to his word, went to my location immediately, and called me as soon as he returned. He also emailed me his recommendation, along with some additional information on where the problem was to begin with. This morning I received a proposal for the work, and this afternoon I received a phone call From Todd, just following up to make sure that I received everything that he sent me. Even though Todd has gone out of his way to make this right, I will not leave a 5 star review due to the initial issues. I would however, recommend Todd.”

Having convenience store experience working what you can while the store isn't busy is a plus. I like the laid back feeling of not being bombarded with " do you need assistance? " Good Job”

“I highly recommend Harris to anyone looking for AC/heater repair or installation work. I have known them to be dependable, fair and trustworthy. I have done business with them for many years. When I was new to town and needed recommendations, everyone I spoke to recommended Harris. I tell people, "Ask 10 people who they recommend for their heating and AC needs, 9 people will tell you Harris and 1 guy will say he's got a cousin." I always like to spread the word when I encounter a good company, and Harris is a good company. There's nothing worse than losing AC on the hottest day in summer or losing heat on the coldest day in winter, and I have experienced both (or at least it felt like the hottest and coldest), but Harris responded promptly to my calls, sent technicians out the same day who offered suggestions and solutions and performed the work quickly. Obviously, I cannot say enough good things about this company.”
