“I don’t know how this company has 2 bad reviews. I have been using James Smith Handyman for the past 3 years and they continue to be the best in the area. Jim was just at my house last week to install 2 toilets, a garbage disposal and changing my baths tub drain. I spoke with Tracy and Danielle who help me arrange my installations. When my appointment was booked, I got a text message confirming the appointment and when Jim was on the way, Thought that was pretty cool. When Jim was here, he did not stop, super friendly and professional. He actually had me out of breath when I watched him work and go back and forth lol. The prices are great even with everything going up! I feel Jim and the entire team need recognition for the work that they do and how they do it. Will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone I know in the area!”

“Just had a great experience with Johnson Brothers Plumbing! I attempted to change the cartridge in my shower faucet because it appeared to be simple enough. Of course, Murphy’s Law took place, and I now had an emergency. I tried calling several plumbers, but no one could help me. When I called Johnson Brothers and explained what had happened, I was put on a short hold for about three minutes, and then told that they could get someone out to me in about 90 minutes. An hour later the truck arrived! Michael was very prompt courteous and professional. He handled the situation with great skill and ease. All of my worries disappeared! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE seeking a good plumber!”

“Ross plumbing was very responsive to our need for a plumber. A supervisor called shortly after our initial call so he could assess our problem and send the right man for the job. Frank arrived on time and ready to take on a monumental task to solve our problem. He provided an accurate estimate for the job and completed the job ahead of schedule. We could not spend the day at home for this huge outside job Frank was taking on. Frank called us with updates clearly explaining his findings and offering solutions. When we returned home we were so pleasantly surprised at the condition of the work area Frank spent the day in. He had to remove a large slab of our cement walkway, dig up our yard and garden bed. Aside from the missing slab you would not have known he did all he did. There was no mound of dirt in the yard or garden, there was no dust from the cement on the house, there were no muddy foot prints on the remaining walkway or driveway. We could not be more satisfied with Frank and our experience with Ross Plumbing. We highly recommend Ross Plumbing and Frank.”
