“We stopped into Babette’s one Saturday on the way home from an activity. Our fabulous salesperson, Pattie, was charming and very knowledgeable. She offered us bottles of water, gave us an overview of the store layout, asked us questions about our furniture style and let us wander around, checking with us from time to time. We ended up purchasing a coffee table set and a dining room table and 8 chairs. Pattie told us all about the store sale which saved us a lot of $$ and expected delivery dates. She kept us up to date with delivery date changes and called us when all pieces had arrived in the warehouse. Due to holiday plans, we had to delay delivery and Pattie made all the arrangements. Our delivery men, Mike and Tray, were excellent. Mike did a walk through so he knew where the furniture would go, made sure the table was placed perfectly under the chandelier, placed the coffee table exactly where I wanted it and made sure our screen door closed properly after delivery. I was very impressed with the notification system that morning including a 2 minute warning that they were pulling up! I would highly recommend this store and their staff.”
