“I wanted to have a outboard motor put on a computer to see the history of the motor and get a screen shot or printout. After several calls trying to get it done, most responses were 2 weeks out. When I called Astor Marine, Georgia said no problem. When asked when they could do it, she said she had a opening at 8:30 the next morning if I could get there. I was there at 8:15 and out by 9 am. The mechanic even did a compression test. Thank you Geogia. Your a Peach.. lol. I highly recommend them. Very nice people. Down to earth family businesd.”

Extremely poor attitude, threw my requested purchase on the counter after she tried telling me I was wrong when in fact I was correct. I suppose this irritated her. She should not be in customer service for The store instead stocking shelves when it's closed therefore no customers will have to endure her poor inexcusable attitude. Leave it at the door if you are having a bad day, or simply call off. It hurts the store when people get this kind of reaction. I will refrain from going to this store for anything in the customer service department. On the other hand, the cashier was very friendly and efficient.”

“This was our second time at At the original mattress factory. The first time was in Orlando back in 2004 , we were very happy with the service and price then as well now. Our trip to the Villages store was a good distance, we live in Tavares Fl. The trip was worth it. Our salesman, Vic , was kind and generous with his time. Not at all pushy, looked up our last purchase and told us which mattress we purchased last time and explained the features of all the other mattresses as well . We purchased a different version this time as we are much older and wanted something a little softer. The experience was very nice and we will be back for another for the guest room after a few weeks of trying out this purchase. Ask for Vic , he’s very pleasant and a good guy. True to his word.”

“Karaoke on Saturdays is nice, the food was Pub quality..The reason for the lack of a 5th star is I feel the Karaoke night makes visitors on the outside of the Villages world feel like just that..outsiders. When u get new customers I feel you should blend them into the rotation and not make them wait 1 hour to sing. At that point, you may have lost a new customer. The service is very good!”
