As a local, this is my top favorite place to dine! Inside is like a magnificent wonderland of antiques and local art. The food is exactly what you'd look for during a beach day with Chicken tenders, Wraps, Sandwiches and fresh made Smoothies, etc. Large portion sizes at a low price. Everything is locally source and there's gluten free options! Can't go wrong with Ginny & Jane Es!
We got one each - a Sticky Bun and a Cinnamon Roll They are HUGE! We got them to go. If we had eaten in, I would have taken the roll back because it was a corner piece and just seemed a little over baked, which is not typical for them and the risk with getting a corner roll. I usually like the corners. It is a cute and funky spot. The store has some fun items with local made art and jewelry.
How can anyone not love this place? Easily takes top spot for best breakfast on the island. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is loaded with a wide variety of antique decor. Really such a cool spot. The creme brulee french toast is out of this world, a must order. Their cinnamon rolls and sticky buns are much to brag about as well. Key lime pie was also amazing and fresh. The tall young man who runs the floor (running food etc) is so friendly, nice and hardworking. I feel bad for forgetting his name but he helps make the place great!
Enjoyed breakfast here a few days while staying in AMI. Quiche, biscuits and gravy, bfast sandwich...every dish we had was great. Large portions. Fruit was delicious. Brought home a cinnamon roll...it was amazing.
Neat, quirky decor. Lots to look at!
I like this place a lot. They had some gluten free options but it was mostly a workaround, because they did not have gluten free bread in waffles during the time of our visit. We got chicken salad on a bed of greens. The food was good and the place has a cool, kitschy vibe. The drink dispenser definitely needs its lines cleaned. They get the food out pretty quickly. There is mostly indoor seating with i think a few small outside tables. The noise control was good. The souvenir selection is pricey but does feature some local work which makes it more interesting.
