(October 14, 2022, 9:12 pm)I was referred here to handle my diagnosis of sleep apnea. I never had a problem with the staff, never had a problem with my sleep apnea nurse. Never did meet Mr McConnell. Having said that the reason I provided a four star.. it appears that I owed some money to this establishment and they had the wrong address but the right phone number. I received a call one day from a collection agency. I immediately paid $ 104 that was requested. What rubbed me the wrong way is that in order for this collection agency to call me they needed my phone number...of which this doctor's office already had and could have simply made the phone call themselves. I did think about leaving a lower score. As I've noticed a pattern with these Google reviews. All the negativity seems to have a pattern to the office staff. The truth is doctors are doctors...they're not business owners... it's an insult to business owners if any doctor thinks they can fill both shoes . Having said that they need to smarten up the office staff here. They need a professional office manager and I do not mean take a secretary and promote them. Cheers and best of luck to you guys.
(August 10, 2022, 2:48 pm)Dr Mcconnell and his staff are excellent. Dr McConnell takes a lot of time with you. He is very encouraging, compassionate and listens to your concerns. His respiratory therapist, karen, is amazing. She is worth her weight in gold. If you are having a problem using the CPAP machine because of a mask issue she will go to any lengths to help you. She goes above and beyond what needs to be done. If you read any reviews that are not excellent then it is the people writing them not the staff. I highly recommend this doctor.
(May 20, 2022, 12:05 pm)The doctors and office manager actually care about making the experience positive. This is an amended rating because the office manager actually fixed the billing problem. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that MyPrivia billing is awful and the office has to use them for billing.
(December 7, 2021, 9:56 am)I'm not so Hatoyama when you've decided to move to a bigger office and you can't even call in the prescriptions that you are to call in so we run out of medication then no one will answer the phone!!! I mean no one!!! It's sad to tatty your sleep patients in such a manor. This is unexceptible. You have to do better.

It wasn't the office that caused my issues and I spoke to Ms. Julia today and she was or is the best office manager the doctor can have!!! She took the time to explain every thing to me and help solve any issues I may have in the future. It was actually a really blessing to Finnair to meet someone that is so professional and caring. I just can't praise her enough for being understanding with me and not blaming me for my misunderstanding. Thank you so much Ms. Julia and the staff. 100% COOL office staff
