  When an old deck was torn out, the bottom pieces of Hardie board siding were damaged. Grant removed and replaced the damaged pieces and got paint to match. You could never even tell that there was damage. A totally random job and he worked it into his schedule quickly and did excellent work. Very satisfied. We plan to hire him again for some trim repairs.

  I highly recommend Grant/Sunset Property Care for any work needed on your home! He is prompt, keeps his word, does an amazing job and is very trustworthy. I first hired Grant for a variety of jobs around my new home, including: painting, patching walls, hanging curtain rods, wall-mounting a headboard, replacing outdoor house numbers, etc. All tasks were performed with excellence and the utmost attention-to-detail. He even made sure to leave things clean! I have already hired him again to replace a fan on my lanai, and will always use him from now on.

  Recently had ceiling fans installed plus some other work. Great job! Very punctual. Had to problem solve to repair another contractor's incomplete work. Extremely efficient. Grant explained the cost upfront and pricing is very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call again plus I plan to recommend. Professional, courteous and left everything in clean tip top shape.

  I was in need of some interior painting in my newly remodeled kitchen an living room areas. Grant was very helpful choosing the proper paint for my project. He was very prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him!!!
