Bay Club Apartments

A great move in experience, friendly staff, and generally quiet neighborhood. The apartments themselves however are not the best. Mainly it's the A/C does not properly cool apartment during peak heat hours, repeatedly turns on and off, and does not adequately reach all rooms. Washing machine sounds like a jackhammer, flooring/trim definitely needs TLC/replacement, and was dirty with paint/etc on move in. Home for now but for the money I shouldn't have to suffer with these conditions. I have raised maintenance requests and while they have been responsive, none have truly fixed the existing issues at hand, just band aid solutions or basically being told there's nothing more we can do or by unplugging sensors. Not bad but not good either.

I just moved into Bay club apartments. Only had a couple of little issues with the apartment but I have to say Pete the maintenance man was on it and excellent. If you have an issue they are on top of it. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. I love my new apartment.

Just renewed our lease and couldn’t be happier at Bay Club. Andrea is the absolute best and Pete and Ramon from maintenance are always quick to help fix anything if we have any issues. Happy to live in such a safe, helpful community that always feels like home. Definitely recommend this place.

I love living here. Is a very peaceful place, neighbors are very quiet and respectful.
The manager of the condominium is always taking care of everything. Every time I need something they take care immediately. Thanks Bay Club.
