This year we rented 114 Park Ave. It is a very spacious two bedroom pool home complete with a screened patio other than pool area. The house was immaculate and had the old Florida feel to it like AMI was when I was growing up. Pictures below include the beach path which is gorgeous in its self complete with turtle which was meandering along the path one morning. I call this path "Pathway To Paradise" because it truly is! And then you reach that beautiful turquoise water! It is heaven on earth! ❤❤❤”

“We stayed at 2405 Avenue B. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything has everything you need. My husband and I loved the location and the convenience of hopping on the trolly. Every day we went and explored the entire Island and beaches! The shopping center is a 15 minute walk with lots of shopping and restaurant options. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the bay was 1 block. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Booking with island vacations was very easy via the website and the app for all of the necessary information needed for the week. Looking forward to staying on the Island again!”

“Being locals we loved our stay cation at Runaway Bay. We stayed on the 2nd floor bay side and enjoyed fabulous sun rises. The apartment was clean and well stocked for at home cooking which we did alot of. We really wanted a blender. There were a few things that needed attention which is why only 4 stars. The units are clean and adorable. Just enough space for my 4 person family including a dog and all my house plants. The complex was clean and spacious, plenty of parking. It was so quiet and looked great. The owners drive bye daily to ensure that. Its in a perfect location for work in Sarasota or Bradenton. BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO MS KAITLYN!! She's the office manager and an absolute doll. She's was super helpful and even supportive to me during aost stressful time. She was reassuring and so kind. Thank you so much. “A great move in experience, friendly staff, and generally quiet neighborhood. The apartments themselves however are not the best. Mainly it's the A/C does not properly cool apartment during peak heat hours, repeatedly turns on and off, and does not adequately reach all rooms. Washing machine sounds like a jackhammer, flooring/trim definitely needs TLC/replacement, and was dirty with paint/etc on move in. Home for now but for the money I shouldn't have to suffer with these conditions. I have raised maintenance requests and while they have been responsive, none have truly fixed the existing issues at hand, just band aid solutions or basically being told there's nothing more we can do or by unplugging sensors. Not bad but not good either.”

“This is the best place we have stayed at. The view from the top unit is wonderful. Saw dolphins, egrets, blue heron and more right on or near our dock. Rex was extremely easy and responsive to any requests. The bed was so comfortable we are going to see about changing ours. Good shower pressure. Stove is induction so a bit of a learning curve. We did not use the dishwasher. We would come back in a heartbeat but rates here and on AMI going up at a ridiculous rate. You will not be disappointed. Beach is literally 150 steps. Great beach to walk on. Never grew tired of the view from the balcony. Thanks Rex. Stayed for 10 weeks. Had great neighbours downstairs too.”
