  Coastal Orthopedics has impressed me w/their service as the patient trying to avoid surgeries. You're checked in politely & the 3 specialists I've visited work on time. They're not overbooked. All questions answered & I did not feel rushed. I have had excellent experiences w/every employee that works w/Coastal Orthopedics.

  This office was so efficient and friendly! Dr Otte was very personable and quick to give me choices in how I could proceed with addressing my shoulder problem. He didn't at all make me feel like he was rushed. The follow up appointments were made quickly so I won't have to wait for a long time for diagnosis and treatment. I feel fortunate that I chose this group and got Dr Otte as my doctor.

  Excellent staff in all areas. Dr. Otte is very professional and takes his time to walk through all phases of the procedure - pre and post. It was great to have him take his time and engage in a conversation that left me comfortable and understanding what to expect.
  I would recommend Dr. Otte and his staff.

  My experience at Coastal Orthopedics was great. New facility. From start to finish it was a well polished experience. Dr. Otte was straight to the point. Turns out in my case it was only a bruised shoulder, but Dr. Otte explained my situation after looking at my x-rays. I was more than pleased. Highly recommend. Not that I want to see him again, but if I ever had another shoulder injury he would be the person I would see.
