Great customer service here. This was so easy to rent online and staff is so professional!

They rented me a U-Haul and sold me a bunch of packing supplies. The U-Haul was great, some of the packing supplies were not. Aka, buy a tarp instead of the overpriced plastic furniture covers which are horrible to work with and rip apart easily. They seem to be made of a thinner plastic than what you might buy at a dollar store for painting over.

Nick at Midgard Self Storage was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!! He helped us from start to finish with our rental, packing supplies, insurance, and closure. He could answer any questions, almost before we asked them. Midgard Self Storage in Lakewood Ranch is so convenient with easy access and affordable rates. We felt very reassured that our belongings were safe and secure in a climate-controlled environment. We would definitely recommend Midgard Self Storage in Lakewood Ranch to anyone looking for storage. Ask for Nick!!

Nick is very nice and helpful. We had a reservation for a U-haul truck at 9am. When we showed up to pick up the truck it was not there because the previous renter did not return it in time. Nick found us a truck some miles away that we were able to get.
