Whiskey Joe's Bar & Grill - Manatee River

What a fantastic place with an even better atmosphere! All the food was tasty and fresh! I liked how the calamarty plate had other fried things like onions & banana peppers but the plate needed more calamari on it. Majority of ours was veggies. The mussels were so delicious, I almost ordered a second bowl, highly recommend those!

Went for drinks and dessert near closing time on a recommendation from a local. I like my drinks on the fruity side and there was a lot to choose from. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The outside space was amazing, just a great vibe! Would definitely go again. I feel pretty certain it's gonna be a regular hangout as we're moving here soon. Thanks for making us feel welcome!

The place was empty inside. 🤣🤣🤣. Because the view outside is amazing.
Staff was friendly and attractive.

I had the alligator bites (the fried pickles were a nice surprise touch.

I had the blackened Grouper fish tacos pictured below. Delicious, i like mine with a little more blackening but that me just being picky.
