She takes the time to explain things to me in terms I can understand and is happy to go into more depth if I have questions. I have never had to wait when I go to see her; she is always running on time and very considerate of my time. She was even very understanding when I was 20 minutes late to an appointment. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness. Insurance was not going through but they got it figured out easily on our behalf. Kai and Dr. Bedell took care of the foot and we’re very informative, upbeat, and quick to listen. All faces were friendly and helpful. They even let me watch because I’m in medicine and it interests me. They deserve 10,000 5 star reviews. Wish we lived in Florida so we could come back.”

“I found Dr. Vonador while running a Google search in hopes she could help me bring balance to body and mind after a diagnose of generalized anxiety. I had heard of the uses of acupuncture for body aches but had little to no clue if it’d be effective as a supplementary treatment for anxiety. To my surprise and benefit, it was! Dr. Vonador worked with me to identify what was out of balance. She was patient and gentle, accommodating and understanding. Also, she made me feel safe and comfortable because she is such a knowledgeable and kind person. After a few sessions I was able to relax and breathe. By the 3rd session I was already seeing improvement and looking forward to continue getting better. In my experience, 6 to 8 sessions really helped (along with the traditional medical treatment) to get to a more balanced and grounded place. I highly recommend her services and will continue to go back to her for future sessions.”
