“I can’t say enough about this hidden gem. I have visited twice in the last three months. Once on a girls trip and another with my family of four. I don’t typically write reviews but after reading a few negative ones I felt inspired. This place is beautiful. Private pool and across from Manatee beach. Anything you could possibly need is so convenient. This beach is in my top three and I’ve traveled a lot of places. The house is clean and modern. Also has anything you may need. Bonus* rafts and beach umbrellas and all you could ever ask for in the kitchen. The owner’s are so amazing. Alan and Donna are attentive and super down to earth and made our experience special. “My husband and I visited the island & home for the first time and were not disappointed. The home is perfect for two families (or more) with kids. The pool area is beautiful & private surrounded by palm trees. The beach and trolley stop is a close walk. The home has a washer & dryer which is a huge plus. We love the rooftop and plan to return again.”

“Beach House Real Estate's Rental Home on AMI was excellent. The house itself was very comfortable even with a full family and kids. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds as they had a place to play away from everyone else. They also loved the Classic Video Game Cabinet. The pool and patio was a great place to hang out when wanting to skip or even after getting back from the beach, which was a very short walk. The home provided many chair, body boards, umbrellas and even bikes to ride around the island. We'll definitely be renting again from here for our vacations.”

“The location is excellent, you walk about a block to the beach. It has a nice heated pool. The place is small so if you're a family of 4 or 5 this would not work for you but 1 or 2 people it works out well. There is no storage So you live out of your suitcase and if you were here for 2 weeks like us you end up having piles of stuff sitting around. But I love it anyways, things that we did not have and I called AMI VACATIONS they got the items right away for us in a timely manner. I do love that it has an alarm on back door if you have kids And they want to sneak out to the pool. We would definitely come back. It's a cute little cottage/cabin.”

“My husband and 10 month old just stayed last week for a one night adventure and it was perfect! Staff was always helpful and very genuine. Our front desk ladies were warm and offered discounts for the on site bar and a local restaurant! My jaw dropped when I saw our gorgeous room and view to the pool and lounge areas. Everything was very clean and well taken care of! It was a 1 minute walk to the beach and perfect accommodations; chairs, umbrellas, hammock, and beach toys!! I could go on an on...We will be back and we highly recommend this hotel.”

“Nobody enjoys recieving a ticket. Nevertheless, I'm surprised the chief took the time to explain why a ticket was justified. The parking was out of control all over the beach area. I want to thank the entire Holmes Beach police department for cleaning-up the unofficial parking lot along the island. Stay safe, and don't let the parking zealots interfere with quality safety efforts.”

“Beautiful restaurant, conveniently located in the lobby of the Waterline villas 5 star resort. Unique decor, full bar and great customer service. We enjoyed every bite of the appetizers, fresh bread and butter, salads and the main dishes. Perfect potions, great presentation and very tasty. We were too full to try the desert menu but ended our dinner with espressos. Hopefully we’ll be back soon.”

“Between July 2021 and April 2022, Kern construction designed a remodel plan of my AMI beach bungalow. The internal home remodel including adding a bathroom, laundry closet and TV wall recess. This required removal of original 1965 concrete block walls, replacing wood stud walls, and installing plumbing and electrical systems. Drywall flow & texture blending was crucial as we created an open floor plan including replacing the front entrance door/frame. Labor and materials availability was a challenge for Kern Construction but this was probably also unavoidable, during this 2020-2022 pandemic. GR”

They really get every detail right…parking is convenient, the office is welcoming and well maintained (seriously, it even smells great), scheduling and communication are done with ease, and the entire staff is obviously well qualified and great at what they do—always making for a pleasant experience. But if you’re looking for a truly exceptional dentist, Dr. Maks is bar none. Not only is he an extremely skilled dentist who pays great attention to detail, he is genuinely compassionate and kind. Even when you’re sure there’s no way you could be, he makes you feel at ease. He is incredibly gentle and takes great care to ensure you are not in pain. You could not ask for a better dentist. These people are more than a great dentist’s office—they are great humans.”

“I am tempted to give this little beauty one star to discourage you from visiting it. But I'll be good. Look for 33rd St. off of Gulf St., there's a small parking lot with shade trees. There is a path leading directly onto this beautiful beach. But go on the weekend to avoid a crowd. M-F EARLY the beach was empty it was low tide, water was warm. BEAUTIFUL WHITE SAND! A great place to bring kids.”
