“I’ve been here twice: once in 2000 and again in 2022, both times for MRIs. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. I didn’t need to send an order in advance (I was able to bring it with me) and they scheduled me very quickly. What stood out the most, though, was that the MRI tech remembered who I was. He was respectful of my knowledge and of the challenges that were requiring me to need an MRI. At the end, he said some things that were very kind given my circumstances. You can’t train employees to be compassionate like that. Choice Diagnostic Imaging feels like a place where they hire people who genuinely care. To me, that makes all the difference.”

“Check-in was quick (as long as you fill out your docs online ahead of time) and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. There’s a changing room with a few lockers for you to lock up your stuff while you’re there. My technician Jen was funny, personable, and very compassionate, she walked me thru the whole process and was very reassuring. Imaging was done very quickly, Jen was extremely efficient and I was in and out in no time. The room I was in had TVs running nature scenes and calming music, all in all a very pleasant experience.”
