“This was an awesome place for breakfast. My granddaughter was able to order a youth-sized portion of the breakfast special. My daughter wanted to order two different flavors of pancakes...blueberry and pumpkin; the server allowed her to mix them. I had a wonderful omelet. Instead of toast or an English muffin, I chose the house-made biscuits. They were ginormous and delicious! We had to take home some of our food because the portions are plentiful. This places features great food at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Don’t miss this place!”

“The highlight of our time on Anna Maria Island! We took the 3 hour coastal trip with Nick as our guide. Such an enjoyable tour. Nick was personable and knowledgeable and made the trip delightful. We also enjoyed the fact that the tour started at the Happy Paddler store so there was a safe place to store our belonging and access to a clean bathroom. We saw a large variety of birds and several dolphins while out on the water. Even though it was a cooler, cloudy day the tour was just what we needed to end our week on Anna Maria Island with great memories!”

“We were unfamiliar with this sweet little resort and were so thrilled with what we discovered upon our arrival. The resort is located right on the beach which provides lounge chairs. The grounds were immaculately kept, the quaint ‘50’s style cottages were not only in pristine condition with new furniture and decor but were so nicely equipped with everything you might need. Laundry was new, free and products were furnished. Grills are available which include charcoal and lighter fluid. The pool is spotlessly clean and there are enough lounge chairs for every guest. The location is ideal as there is a convenience store across the street as well as a deli and restaurant. There are nature walking trails and playground as well. I give the Wicker Inn 5 thumbs up across the board.”

“I've been vacationing at Cannons for almost 30 years. The property is kept up, clean and a great place for families to vacation. The marina is across the street, so convenient if you're traveling by boat, or you want to rent a boat. The beach is amazing, and great place to go shelling. You have plenty of places to grab a bite to eat, grocery shop or simply browse the shops. Perfect place to get away to.”

“Love this resort! Third time staying here and the accommodations are immaculate and first rate. It was a welcoming and comfortable stay for my Wife and I. You can not beat the beachfront location which is conveniently located in the middle of the island which made restaurants and entertainment easily accessible. Over the years, the Staff has remained the same which makes each stay pleasant as they always remember us. “We stayed for our belated anniversary celebration weekend August 20-23. We had a great time! This is my new home away from home now! The rooms are perfect and cozy, nothing fancy, but they are very transparent on their website. I actually LOVE how they have the chairs and umbrellas set up so all you do is go out, find a chair, crank open the umbrella and enjoy! And the wheelchair mat going out to the dune is awesome! I wish more resorts would do this! We spent our time going back and forth between the pool and beach. We really enjoyed the pool, it is the perfect size for a quick dip. The grounds are maintained beautifully as well! Ben was a pleasure to talk with and he made our weekend just that much better. I cannot wait to return ! Thank you for a fantastic weekend ! 😃”

“I was a bit skeptical to take our doodle to somewhere other than our local groomers but we were in a pinch. I was pleasantly surprised at the job well done by Harley (I think that was her name). He's a big puppy and very nervous during grooming but she finished a full body wash and cut in only 3 & 1/2 hours. I was very impressed. Definitely plan to schedule again when needed.”
