“Euphemia Haye is a gorgeous restaurant with impeccable service and and absolutely wonderful food. I have lived in Sarasota for over 30 years, and EH is one of the top three restaurants in the area, IMO. Call ahead early, and save room for the "Haye Loft", their remarkable desert and after-dinner relaxing area, and you will have had a nearly incomparable evening of Sarasota fine dining. It isn't cheap, nor should it be, but you will get your money's worth in service and eye-rolling food. If Euphemia Haye isn't the finest restaurant in Sarasota and Manatee counties it most certainly is in the debate.”

“Loved staying here at this hotel for my birthday weekend/Memorial Day weekend. We booked a premium ocean view room at the newer Opal building (built in 2017). The ocean view room has a view to the pool and the beach. If you want a full-blown oceanfront, you need to get a Ocean front room. Next door was construction but I didn't hear any noises. The service was wonderful. Dan the Concierge was amazing. He was so helpful. He even helped my husband plan a birthday surprise for me and he had a scented candle from the hotel as a gift for me. The service was great at breakfast and dinner. The pool was very nice with games for kids. There is a direct access to the beach. 2 beach chair are included in your hotel stay and you can rent an umbrella for $20.”

I was using Google maps, and it took me to an apartment three miles past it first. Then it took me to a restaurant a street over. I parked and then got out and walked through the parking lots to finally get there.”

“My wife and I had such a great experience here over Easter weekend. The restaurant is right on the water and offers a great view of the bay. They have fantastic appetizers and great drinks. Try their red or white wine sangria! Their food is also delicious and has a wide variety of things. I would get the faroe island salmon or fried chicken! Definitely our favorite restaurant in long boat key!”

“I’ve been going here every time I’m in town since I was 4. Now I’m 13 and I still have the same tradition. My aunt and uncle who are Longboat Key residents are well known around here. Mostly because of me and my sister going here every year. Every time we are greeted with nice warm smiles on everyone’s face, great conversation, and just nice people in general. We never get weird looks when we pull up to look around when my sister and I are 11 and 13. They mostly just let us look around, and we talk about things. So yeah, great place.”
