“I just got my roof replaced right before the summer storms. Bontrager roofing did the job on a old school handshake. The price was 20% lower than other companies. Also it was a fixed price not like other roofers that want to price the wood work later.I have never met them before till this roof job and I would rate them to anybody that needs roof repair. “This venue is set on a beautiful oasis! The home is so lovely and is the absolute perfect place to get away or to have a special event! It is even more beautiful in person! From the gorgeous grounds of luscious green grass, vibrant tropical flowers, shell walkways, heavenly trees framing the lake view perfectly, to the country cottage with its stunning views, a large pool with a deck to soothe the soul and relax, to inside the immaculate cozy cottage that is so inviting & tranquil. Not only is there so many places on the property to spend time in whichever capacity you would like (reading, relaxing, meditating, writing, etc) but I even had my own yard that my dogs absolutely loved and a playground for kids to play on! I also loved feeding snacks to Moose the horse and petting the lovable calf Precious. My words fall short on all of the great things to say about this incredible place. I am so blessed I found it and I loved it so much I even extended my stay for 3 months! I was taken aback by the negative reviews especially since I have been here for 3 months and no one else has stayed on the property yet there was a review that stated they stayed here 2 months ago... I travel often and have stayed in incredible places and this is one of the best places I have stayed. The host created an absolute dreamscape as well as being so gracious & amazing.”

“Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had on a trail ride, ever. Madison is incredible and they way she cares for both her horses and guests is unmatched. Highly, highly recommend. She was so flexible and communicative leading up to the ride and truly created an experience that was custom for us. We had our own private trail ride through beautiful Myakka and the horses were so calm, yet happy and responsive that I felt like I was able to truly relax and enjoy every aspect of the day! If you have any desire to ride horses in Florida- don’t go anywhere else!”

“The tour of the large dairy operation was great with so much to see! Feeding the gaits and the calves under the shade of old oaks was delightful. Playing on the swings and sand Hill was fun as well. “2-day stay in December 2021, has been such an immersive experience for myself and my 3-yo old boy. The moment you enter this working ranch, you are truly disconnected from the rest of the busy world. Everything is picturesque, pristine, and tranquil. Activity-wise, we enjoyed fishing, kayaking, grilling, biking etc. The bathroom, kitchen fittings and amenities are of high-end quality. Everything was nicely cleaned, organized, and well stocked, even down to bug spray, hydrocortisone spray etc. Things were available to us when and where we needed. Our Host LeAnne greeted us at the entrance and guided us to our beautiful River Cottage. She also gave us a rundown of facilities, amenities, and house rules. This place does not appear to be a source of income for the ranch. It has so much thought and natural beauty into it. So, please do not treat this like a hotel, pick up after yourself and leave no trash on the grounds. Few points to consider: • We preferred and got luck with the River Cottage vs the Prairie Cottage. • There is a beautiful 2bed 2bath house on the property as well. • What we found is that the cottage is just for sleeping at night - the kitchen, bathrooms [Cantina] etc. are about few hundred feet from the cabin. This was not an issue for us boys staying in the cabin. • Walks back and forth between the Cantina and cottages in dark can be an issue for some. • Sit down dining space is ample around Cantina as well as the Tiki hut by the river; however, beware of mosquitos. We will definitely return for more.”

“Our A/C stopped working out fist day down there and even though they were not able to get the part to get it running they did everything they could to help us! We had no appointment and they even tried to replace the whole unit but I believe the interface board from the camper to the a/c unit went bad. For is to make matters worse our second unit went out at our next stop!! What a trip!! Thanks for trying guys!!”
