“I had a kitchen cabinet drawer fail where the glider rail brackets broke off (cheap plastic). I contacted The Master Cabinet Maker and brought the drawer into their workshop. Although the glide rail and hardware were no longer made, Tom assured me that he could find a solution for me. He studied the problem, came out to make quick measurements and a few hours later sent his pro installers out to my house to install the drawers with a new glid rail configuration.
