“I absolutely LOVE this bank and the employees at this branch! I had a problem with my last bank. The app and balances were inconsistent. I literally had to write down my transactions and do the math myself. I decided to check out BMO Harris because it was close to my house. I am self employed so I make a lot of cash/check atm deposits so the location was convenient. I love the fact that the minute I swipe my debit card anywhere I can instantly see the transaction on my app. There are no late posts, which can be easily forgotten and interfere with your expected balance. The employees at the branch call me every so often to make sure I’m not having any problems. They are great. I wanted to open up a savings account and expressed that during the last call I received. They went over my options and took care of everything for me. The employees go above and beyond for their customers!”

“I can honestly say my visit to Neo was not only one of the best experiences I have ever had as a customer on a business and professional level, but it was also far and away one of the most memorable personal experiences I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of with a company! On the business side, Justin and his team were able to take a look at my car a whole day sooner than was originally planned. They were able to diagnose and assess the issue with my car quickly and then turned around and were able to get my part the following day. I should note that I didn't drop my car off until 3:00 p.m. on a Friday, so I just assumed that they wouldn't be able to get my part until at least Monday. I thought this was too good to be true and being jaded and cynical due to past experiences with mechanics I just knew I was going to get knocked over when I heard the total. Well to my surprise and delight my out the door price was beyond reasonable and actually less than I was prepared to pay (don't tell Justin)! If you've ever dealt with mechanics and garages you know that in itself is a very rare and welcomed occurrence! Fortunately for me that was only part of my incredible experience at Neo. Without going into detail, all I have to say is that Justin helped me out in a way that many of my own friends wouldn't even do. This has nothing to do with the money side of the transaction and everything to do with the giant heart that Justin and the rest of his crew showed me. I am far from a sappy kind of guy but I must say that Justin touched my heart and has restored my faith in humanity. I will never take my car anywhere else again! I will also do everything I can to convince my friends and family that are having car issues to take their car into Neo and give them a chance to earn their business and also so they can see for themselves the way a business should be run! “We just rented an expensive beach-front property on Leach’s Key. Much to our dismay the home was infested by rats...16 inchers, nose to tail! Fred’s prompt first visit left us with excellent, customized traps, an overview of what to expect and he spent two visits closing up possible entry points . Over the next week we got 11 which put an end to our nightmare. Once satisfied there were no more in the house, he came and placed poisoned bait stations around the property to cull the population. Excellent service and response time. Great follow-up.”
