His group classes always have a fun twist and make us move in ways we didn't expect. The variety of equipment keeps it fresh and allows us to experience new techniques and exercises. His personal training sessions are customized to meet my specific goals and abilities, and always has me achieving better results than the session before. I can definitely say that I've never worked harder than in this gym. But what sets JB Barbell apart from other gyms is James' relentless drive to make sure we have fun and connect as a community.
