“The app and online portal is great for quickly finding warranty info and parts availability. Also easy to place the order for immediate pick up. If there is ever any delays in parts or items needed in a quicker time frame Kiera always comes through for us and is very professional. I will be the first to admit that this branch has had its share of struggles in the past but since management has changed I have seen a shift in improved customer service and certainly a more hands on approach. Plus wait times have improved.”

“We had a water backup in shower/both bathrooms on a weekend, which was an emergency, based on main line stoppage. Response time for services was immediate; not inexpensive; on the weekend; late in day. Problem was temporarily resolved first visit; took 2 following visits the next day to assess; repair the problem. Steven was plumber who responded; he did a grueling & great job in finding & resolving the problem.”
