My Husband and I bought our DREAM car (first car together) from Batista Auto Sales. Our VW CC is a 2014 and looks like a 2022 between the natural luxury of the R-line that we received and the upmost TLC (tender, love and care) from the owners at Batista. You can absolutely tell that they take care of the cars on their lot. When we received our car, it smelled and looked Brand NEW because of their cleanliness.

From the phone conversations with the Owners up until meeting them at their location, 2 hours away from our home, we enjoyed every interaction with the respectful and caring owners of Batista. The car was even better in person and the SERVICE was even better in person!! The car and the friendships that were made was worth the 2 hour drive and I'm not a fan of long drives!

When I had questions, I was answered in a friendly way with DETAIL. I couldn't have asked for more. One of the owners (not sure if I should disclose names to protect them) even left the property in his car to help us out with getting the Tag for our car at the DMV when the computer was slow.

The other gentleman (not sure if I should disclose names to protect them) who took amazing care of our car who's now named "Dream" (because she's smooth on the rode) also LOVED our car. He had just installed performance brakes and more to the car and mentioned how much he would miss seeing the VW on the lot.

We appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a beautiful vehicle, pricing it, and disclosing the information they knew about the vehicle. This was a transparent purchase which made Spending this type of money WORTH IT!

Last but not least, (and kind of funny) The office was surprisingly designed very luxurious, sporty, Clean, bright and cool for a car dealership. This is not your average dealership.

Our admiration for the business, the Christian & Educated Owners, and DREAM, our car, is Unmatched. It was definitely a divine appointment from God. We know exactly where to send people who are looking to buy!!

I came in yesterday with my mom to help her with purchasing a vehicle. Ricky greeted us and gave us great customer service. I understand the As Is No Warranty policy and I am really hoping my mom is happy with the car because she's had a lot of issues with used cars in the past and she is on a very limited income. The car wasn't great looking but you get what you pay for and it drove well on our test drive. Ricky assured us she would be happy and that they work with people on their payments so I am really hoping we can take his word. If all goes well I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
