From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness. Insurance was not going through but they got it figured out easily on our behalf. Kai and Dr. Bedell took care of the foot and we’re very informative, upbeat, and quick to listen. All faces were friendly and helpful. They even let me watch because I’m in medicine and it interests me. They deserve 10,000 5 star reviews. Wish we lived in Florida so we could come back.”

“This is a VA clinic with an ontology branch. They get you in and out fast at the lab. The Dr's are really limited to 30 minutes or less with each patient, so make sure you write down your questions and concerns. As with most VA clinics, don't get to comfortable with your primary care physician because chances are they will be gone before your next appointment. Overall, it was 4.5 out of 5 stars.”

“I’ve been here twice: once in 2000 and again in 2022, both times for MRIs. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. I didn’t need to send an order in advance (I was able to bring it with me) and they scheduled me very quickly. What stood out the most, though, was that the MRI tech remembered who I was. He was respectful of my knowledge and of the challenges that were requiring me to need an MRI. At the end, he said some things that were very kind given my circumstances. You can’t train employees to be compassionate like that. Choice Diagnostic Imaging feels like a place where they hire people who genuinely care. To me, that makes all the difference.”
