The process from scheduling the appointment to me walking into the office to actually have my blood drawn is actually up to date with all the latest technology. It was extremely efficient and not once was I unsure about anything during the process. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes and the lady who drew my blood was really friendly and polite. Thank you so much for making my experience so pleasant! I'm guessing the reason the reviews on here are so bad is because only people that have a bad experience tend to leave reviews. That's just human nature and completely understandable. I'm guessing it's also that a lot of older people live in this community and they typically aren't tech savvy which causes a problem. I spent many months being in constant neck pain. After my initial consultation with Dr Wengert he explained what was going on and we began treatment. I am now pain free in my neck!!! “After my first meeting with Dr Ciotti and the staff I knew that these were compassionate and caring people who could help me. They were very patient in explaining the Chirothin program and answering all my questions. No change is easy, but this program is doable with our own determination and support of the Ciotti staff. After completing my first 6 weeks and meeting a goal of 20 pounds weight loss I am on the maintenance program and doing very well. “This class has been exceptionally helpful in toning my body and helping to rehabilitate weakness in my shoulder due to arthritis . It also gets my heart rate moving much more than just walking. The trainer, Green, has a wonderful personality and sense of humor and makes the class fun. I hate it when I have to miss a class due to other commitments, because when I go to class it gets my day started on the right path giving me the energy and motivation to do anything I need to do during the day.”
