Any complaint about the property manager 's handling of a situation should be directed to the owner, should it not? If the house was not maintained as the renter thought it should have been, it is the owner's fault . If the house was damaged by the renters, monies removed from any deposit would be at the direction of the owner. At least, that's the way it works in the northern states! Maybe the renter is bearing a grudge because he has something to feel guilty about ? It is wrong to sully a good persons name because things didn't turn out the way he wanted. “Beach House Real Estate's Rental Home on AMI was excellent. The house itself was very comfortable even with a full family and kids. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds as they had a place to play away from everyone else. They also loved the Classic Video Game Cabinet. The pool and patio was a great place to hang out when wanting to skip or even after getting back from the beach, which was a very short walk. The home provided many chair, body boards, umbrellas and even bikes to ride around the island. We'll definitely be renting again from here for our vacations.”

“We stayed at Seahorse and Starfish, and we could not have been happier! We rented both units - our travel party included my husband and I with our 7 year old, my brother and sister-in-law, and my parents. Everything was clean and in great working order, and there were plenty of towels and clear instructions on how to use everything. Beach gear was great to have (chairs, umbrellas, wagons) and there were floats for the pool too! The pool and spa are the stars of this property - what a beautiful outdoor oasis! Super close to the beach and the trolley stop as well. We would for sure stay again!”

The location is unbeatable w walking to shops and restaurants and the beach a 30 second walk away. The landscaping really gives you a private and tropical oasis feel.
