The staff here is focused on helping their members meet their fitness goals & are always willing to take time to explain or demonstrate if someone needs assistance. This gym is the cleanest facility I've ever used & their equipment is well maintained. The classes offer members a sense of camaraderie & support. Mike is an excellent coach & Rob really cares about the quality offered by his gym. There is also the added bonus of being able to access the facility at your convenience, 24 hours a day. I highly recommend this business where you are a valued customer, not just a number.”

“I was always scared to go to a chiropractor after seeing some of them twist my husband into a pretzel and actually hurting him. I have a lot of neck and back issues, she was recommended to me by a co-worker, so I went and expressed my concerns to Dina. She was very reassuring and gentle, now I would not trust anyone else to adjust my back and neck. The other reviews are correct, she changes $25 for an adjustment, cheaper than if I used my insurance! Everyone there is so nice with positive attitudes, I highly recommend going there to anyone, even the scared, she is great!”

“1088 Nutrition at 1088 CrossFit has a great system to keep you on track for your road to healthier eating. I started the 6 week challenge to eat More. This way I was accountable to check on me that I was eating breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner daily. As a wife, mom to 4 kids and running my business I did not put enough time into having breakfast or eating a proper lunch. I have been eating more and eating healthier. “They are the best, came to my house, repaired my tire, replaced the blades and fixed the blades disengage on my rider, all in about a half hour in 97°F heat. The cost was absolutely reasonable. I had called Mike's first since I bought parts from them and they told me they prefer to work on their own equipment, plus they were more then double A&B's cost. I will stay with A&B for all future issues.”
