The Ocala Birth Center

I have been blessed enough to have had two beautiful water births at the Ocala birth center. Amy Reynolds is an amazing woman and midwife. The women I have met here are wonderful and truly love their clients and their babies. There are many people that deliver babies but not many that truly go above and beyond for you and to give you the best possible(and safest) experience. And it doesn’t just end when you give birth. Amy is there for you every step of the way as you journey into motherhood. I highly recommend her and her staff. You get all the professionalism with a whole lot of caring along with it❤️

Amy is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. Unfortunately I had a stillbirth but Amy was with me every single step of the way. She’s so good at her job and so is Jessica.

I have birth 2 children there and the experience was peaceful and they were accommodative to our family's needs. It was the best birth experiences I have ever had.

5 stars is an easy rating to give the Ocala Birth Center, and if I could rate higher I would! Amy is not only experienced and highly educated, she is an incredibly nurturing and caring woman who has given birth many times herself. Her professionalism is only surpassed by her bedside manner. I would request anyone pregnant or planning to become pregnant to meet Amy and take these reviews (including this one) only as a small deciding factor in your prenatal care. The negative reviews are quite baffling and obviously only tell one side of the story. If you are in the market for a truly amazing and natural birth experience, consider the Ocala Birth Center. I couldn't be happier with my prenatal care and incredible, empowering, emotional, and beautiful birth experience. Easiest 5 stars I could give!

All three of our children were delivered by the caring aid of Amy Reynolds, were born healthy and remain so. We recommend Amy without qualification. She is a pioneer of midwifery in Ocala, being among the first if not the very first to blaze the trail here. We have stuck with her for her experience, kindness and personalized care. If we should be blessed with more children, we will go to Amy again without question. Even beyond being a midwife she has been a support and resource in other areas such as breastfeeding or post-partum care and my wife loves her. She is like family. If you're not high-risk, go with Amy Reynolds, a traditional midwife, for the best service.
