Touch of Paradise Designs, Inc.

Today we had our Koi pond cleaned by Bane of Touch of Paradise Designs, Inc. He did an excellent job. Because we had procrastinated about setting up the cleaning, this service was overdue and the pond looked it. Now the water is sparkling clean and the pond looks as if it were a new installation. Bane was also very congenial and informative about the care of our Koi and upkeep of the pond.

I've dealt with these people several times, and in every instance they've been friendly, eager to satisfy, knowledgeable, and willing to do the right thing for me. They inform me of options and make suggestions; they then take care of the situation to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

My wife and I purchased a home that already had a Koi pond. The previous owners had Touch of Paradise Designs build the pond a few years earlier. I continued using them to keep my pond clean and maintained. They have not disappointed. The men that come to my home and keep it maintained monthly do a great job, are very friendly and knowledgeable, and really seem take pride in their job. I had to have part of my waterfall rebuilt after Hurricane Irma decided to lay a few oaks over it. They did a great job rebuilding it and it was done for a very fair price. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful when I call in.
