“Wish I could give 0 stars he is a liar and treats his employees like garbage. Calling them racial slurs and other derogatory names. He doesn't pay his employees on time or what he says they are going to get paid. He is drunk who drinks all day. Also, he is a woman beater so that tells you what kind of person he really is. He also talks bad about his customers because they pay for a job and he doesn't show up on the day he is supposed to and when they call to see where he is he gets lippy with him and then talks about them when they hang up.”

“I've had nothing but great service from Jim. He installed a new roof about 15 years ago. He highly suggested the architectural shingles and I am very glad he did. Many years AFTER the warranty expired, I developed a leak. Like most roof leaks, they are very hard to locate. Mine was that type. By process of elimination, Jim was finally able to locate the leak and fix it once and for all. Much to my chagrin, he never accepted payment for the service calls or the labor to fix it. He said, "If this fixes it, then we'll talk." Who does this?! My roof STILL looks great.”

“Prior to purchasing our home in Oak Run, the prior owner had the roof replaced by United Roofing. The job looked great and we have been very happy. Recently, I noticed some streaks running down one side from a skylight so i emailed them a picture and asked about it and whether they could take a look. I emailed them at about 8:45 on Monday morning. By 9:15 I had a response and an offer to have someone come by and take a look. Shortly thereafter, I heard from Tad Carter who said he would stop by. Tad arrived around 11:30 and went up and took a look. He determined it was just algae growth that was running down the side as the skylight is on the north side of the house. He went in the house with my wife and explained the situation to her and looked at the inside to ensure everything was okay. Tad was awesome. There was no charge for the inspection. Three hours from my initial contact, my concern was already addressed. I need to also mention that in my college days, I spent a fair amount of time working as a roofer so, I am quite familiar with how a roof should be installed, and while walking around Oak Run have seen many roofing contractors working but, by far, the most professionally handled jobs (speed, quality of work, staffing) were are consistently being being done by United. Other contractors work was varied and I am sure some of them are fine but, I also see quite a bit of sloppy workmanship that I wouldn’t want on my home. There is no question that United is a super contractor to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone who asked me, without reservation.”
