I didn’t catch my servers name but the food was fabulous! I had the chicken parm and my son had the pirates burger, both were delicious!

Icame in last week and was honestly shocked to see the ownership had changed — but I decided to stay, because this place, the good ole Cookshack, was where I had my very first job. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about how the food might be now… but the moment I got my plate, all those worries disappeared. The food was incredible — full of flavor, fresh, and made with real care.

I knew right then it wasn’t just a lucky day, so I came back — and I’ll keep coming back every weekend with my family. The new couple running this place truly deserve all the business and support they can get. They’re kind, genuine, hardworking people, and it shows in every bite and every smile they share with customers.

Thank you both for keeping the heart of this place alive — and for blowing my expectations away. I’m rooting for you all the way!

Great food and service! We enjoyed Habachi fish, chicken and beef dishes. The seasoning was perfect and broccoli cooked just right.

The food is cooked the same way every time and every time it's delicious. Great service, lovely friendly owners who run the diner themself. The diner is always clean. Most times we run into someone we know from the local area. Repeat customers that says a positive note for the Restaurant. Jackie H.

Interesting menu with good choices! The lady was super friendly & fast & our food was delicious! I ordered fried dumplings that came out right away & were perfect! I had a chicken cesear salad & my partner had hibachi chicken. We loved everything & we will be back very soon!
