It's a no frills camping, hiking and picnic location on a small sink hole lake that's surrounded by gradually sloping sandy terrain interspersed with cypress, oak and pine trees. The facilities are being upgraded and the park itself is well maintained. A large picnic pavilion under shady oaks would be a perfect spot for larger gatherings.”

Front desk ladies and gents are always there to help you if you need anything. Shout out to Ms.Terri she is very good at her job and treats me and my family very well. Housekeepers are on point. The rooms are well kept up and I received everything in the room. “Josh was training a young lady, so we were lucky to have 2 guides. This was our 1st time to do the Florida Springs and we had no idea what to expect. We definitely wanted a guide and I am so glad that we did. They provided so much information about the wildlife and the history of the Springs. I highly recommend Ecoventures for your next visit. They made us feel so comfortable! We did the clear kayaks and they were easy to get into and they guided us to whole time. I really loved that he took videos and photos of us and shared them right away with us! The silver springs tour was a great addition to our vacation. Happy times!”

Group favorites include the blue berry pancake and breakfast specials. Not a swanky avocado and toast kind of place but all in all not a bad spot to eat with friends and family.”
