I have rented from these people twice, both times i got excellent carts, well appointed equipment, and the service was great. Another big plus was the fact that you can buy an insurance policy for $20 that gave us peace of mind. Of course it did not hurt that they were also the lowest cost rental i could find.
We've used Grandpa & Grandma's cart rental several times and its always been great. Their carts are clean and dropped off with a full tank of gas! We need a 4 seat cart when visiting The Villages and they've always come through!
