“We just purchased a 2015 Starcraft Autumn Ridge 265rls from campers inn in ocala florida. There was a problem with some soft spots on the roof. We were disappointed at first before taking delivery. They called us and said that they would install a new roof. They also discounted the camper and installed a new awning. They also gave us a gift certificate to their store. George the salesman made things right. The people that work in the service department Jeff Tina and Dave made sure that everything was in working order before we left with the camper. They also installed my sway bars on the trailer. I would recommend campers end and definitely do business with them again.”

“Curtis was tremendous. Even though we were more than an hour away, he arrived in a jiffy and didn’t waste any time. After checking over several onboard systems on our diesel motorhome, Curtis diagnosed the problem as the engine computer. He charged less than we expected for the call, was honest, and best of all, he was correct. We ordered and installed a replacement computer, which solved our problems. We will definitely call Proficient next time the need arises.”

“Today my husband and I visited the Silver Springs State Park and upon leaving we discovered we had a flat tire. My husband used the compressor supplied with my car and we limped over to our favorite Pep Boys. Julio was very friendly, diagnosed the problem and gave us options. He showed my husband that we had a nail as well as a razor blade embedded in our tire. Julio checked to see that he had the tire we needed and had it put on promptly. The service we received was excellent. If you need tires or service be sure to go to Pep Boys across from 6 Gun Plaza.”
