“We just purchased a 2015 Starcraft Autumn Ridge 265rls from campers inn in ocala florida. There was a problem with some soft spots on the roof. We were disappointed at first before taking delivery. They called us and said that they would install a new roof. They also discounted the camper and installed a new awning. They also gave us a gift certificate to their store. George the salesman made things right. The people that work in the service department Jeff Tina and Dave made sure that everything was in working order before we left with the camper.
