“I emailed inquiring about a trailer I saw on the website and Ally called me back soon after I sent the request. Ally was amazing very knowledgeable and personable, she sent me another link to a trailer she felt may better suit our needs, she was right it was perfect!!! She then set up an appointment with Kodiak, he was just as awesome, friendly knowledgeable great personality and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need or want. Wilfredo also worked with Kodiak to help us get everything we needed, Wilfredo was amazing as well super personality and fun. We filled out a credit application before we went so that made the whole process easier. When we walked into the dealership we were treated like family... for our first buying experience I highly recommend campers world in the villages. All the employees we came in contact or dealt with were top notch!! I forgot the mans name that checks out the camper and will detail it for us he was absolutely awesome and helpful. We can’t thank Ally, Kodiak and Wilfredo enough for helping us out and making everything easy, and a huge thank you to everyone who was involved in our buying experience. I will recommend everyone to come see Camping World in The Villages. Edit: went to pick up the camper today, Kodiak and Wilfredo were there to greet us, there were a few kinks to work out but, this was the best part because everyone pitched in and made everything right, Jason , Jon E., and a few other higher ups all Came in on the deal and made doubly sure everything was right!!! This was our first camper, and although not new they made sure we were happy and everything was taken care of, not something I’d expected buying a smaller camper not spending an excessive amount of money we were still treated like first class. Camping World of the Villages will have our business for years to come, and we will be sure to tell everyone how awesome the employees are to work with. “Picked out a really nice sofa bed here yesterday and they put their 24 hour courtesy hold on it while my husband looked for other options. Just loved the huge variety of furniture and decor (they even have FARMHOUSE!), and really good prices. I called this morning to finalize the sale of the sofa and when I told them I could use it as soon as possible, they made it happen! Got it delivered about 3 hours after I called them! Everyone there has been just wonderful. We'll be back!”
