This is a Goldman's review, not a Whirlpool. Cindy was warm and professional. People's expectations are tainted when their expensive junk fails and she gets the brunt of it. Phil came promptly to diagnose the issue and when the part arrived he was in and out within 40 minutes and the thing worked. So Goldman's is on speed dial now and Whirlpool is on my permanent poopy list.”
